NBA player and the former Mr. Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries has decided to use an unorthodox platform to retaliate to Ye's Humphries diss in his song "Way Too Cold." "And I'll admit, I fell in love with Kim/Around the same time, she fell in love with him/Well, that's cool, baby girl do your thing/Lucky I didn't have Jay drop him from the team," Kanye rapped on the track, which hit the Web months ago.

But now, Kris appears in a new Funny or Die sketch that mocks Kanye.

"Guys this feels terrible," says Humphries in the bit, while wearing a pair of Kanye's signature sunglasses. "Well, that's cause you have the wrong sunglasses. We don't want you to look like an a**hole, we want you to look like a douchebag," his 'managers' responded, while making fun of Kanye's short film "Runaway."

Kanye's "Theraflu" Criticized By Theraflu

Kanye West continues to experience fallout from his track "Theraflu." After name-dropping Kim Kardashian and Wiz Khalifa, referencing Amber Rose and Kris Humphries and irritating PETA, now Kanye has Theraflu coming down on his case.

A representative from the cough medicine company let TMZ know they weren't too pleased with Kanye's track.

"We in no way endorse or approve of the references or use of the image and likeness of Theraflu in this manner," they reportedly said.

Theraflu has not indicated whether or not they would pursue any type of legal action against Kanye. But the rep also made sure to remind everyone that "Theraflu is an over-the-counter product used to help relieve cold and flu symptoms that millions of consumers rely on."

Kanye Unloads On Amber, Kim & Wiz

Rapper Kanye West released a new, Hit-Boy produced track online last night (April 4th) called "TheraFlu" and the cut immediately got the attention of fans and media. On the cut, which also features DJ Khaled, Kanye makes glaringly-obvious references to his ex-girlfriend Amber Rose, her current fiance Wiz Khalifa, and West's rumored former lover Kim Kardashian.

"The whole industry wanna f*ck your old chick / The only n***a I got respect for is Wiz / And I'll admit I fell in love with Kim / Right around the same time she fell in love with him," West raps on the song.

He goes on to drag Kardashian's estranged former husband, New Jersey Nets player Kris Humphries, into the fray.

"Well that's cool, baby girl do your thing," Ye raps, "Lucky I ain't have Jay drop him from the team/La Familia, Roc Nation, we in the building...."

Divorce settlement talks have hit a snag between reality star Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries because Kimmy is fighting Kris' attempts to televise their divorce trial. The sham wedding and quickie divorce drew the ire of fans and media, but Kim doesn't want the settlement proceedings to play out on the national stage.

“Kris thinks it’s somewhat ironic that Kim doesn’t want cameras in the courtroom for the proceedings,” a source close to the situation told RadarOnline. “What is Kim so afraid of?

"For someone that has filmed and documented her life for her reality shows you wouldn’t think she is going to fight so hard to not have cameras there," they added. "Kris just wants the truth to come out about what happened during their marriage, period. Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries' marriage may have only lasted 72 days, but the fallout has continued months after the reality show stars called it quits. Humphries is now reportedly battling Kimmy K over wedding gifts. Humphries reportedly wants the gifts returned while Kim is happy to hold onto them.

Kim doubled the value of the gifts and made a contribution to charity, but neglected to return them.

According to Bossip: Kris has told friends he feels the guests were duped into spending their hard-earned cash on wedding gifts … claiming Kim never intended to give their marriage a real chance.

Kris Humphries Refuses Kim's Divorce?

According to reports, the former Mr. Kim Kardashian, aka NBA player Kris Humphries is refusing to sign divorce papers filed by Kimmy K. Humphries has allegedly filed his own set of legal documents seeking a legal separation from his ex-wife. A legal separation would total delete the marriage and annul the union.

No word on when it would be finalized, but if it goes through, it would completely wipe the slate clean as far as the legality of the Humphries/Kardashian union.

Will that be enough to wash the bad taste out of the general public's mouths, however? Time will tell.

While the world lined up to mock Kimmy K and her abrupt divorce from NBA player Kris Humphries, Rowland says she can relate to what the reality star is going through.
