Ray J Says He Has No Issue With Kanye

Ray J is still "explaining" his new song "I Hit It First."
Despite the fact that everyone pretty much knows who and what the song is about, Brandy's little bro insists that he has no issue with his ex, Kim Kardashian, or her beau, Kanye West.
"Yeah, he's a great dude," Ray told "The Boom Box." "I have nothing but respect. Even in these interviews I don't really go into a lot of detail about that situation because it's not my place to. For me it's staying focused on the concept at hand and to me that's Ray J, that's this wild lifestyle that we live and the experiences that we have within this lifestyle."
He also cleared up any misinterpretation that may lead people to think that he wants Kim back in his life romantically.
"Well listen, I have a talent agency, so for me it's kind of like, if you come back to the agency there's a lot more movie opportunities that might take place when you come back to the agency," he explained. "So I mean, people have to look at it a lot more from a business stand than anything else. We have clients, we have great people that we try to help make their dreams come true, so it was one of those kind of lines."

Raz B Outing Ray J & Omarion?

Raz B refuses to go away quietly.
The former B2K member (and future Trivial Pursuit question) is reportedly writing a tell-all book called This Boy's Life that 'exposes' stars such as Bow Wow, Ray J, Chris Brown and Omarion as closeted homosexuals.
In case you forgot, Raz B accused his former manager Chris Stokes and star Marques Houston of sexually molesting him while he was in his former boy band.
Here are some excerpts:
“They say you never know who knows who. Chris Brown didn’t think about that when he attacked me online I have a friend that’s very close to Chris’ camp who told me that Chris was involved with an up and coming songwriter Andre Merritt. So when Chris started going in calling people ‘gay’ and ‘f*gs’ I just dropped Andre Merritt’s name. I knew it was true when he decided to shut up.”
“Bow Wow was younger than all of us, but the record company figured his affiliation with us (B2k) would be great. I didn’t see it for myself but I was told by Fizz that Bow Wow and he got involved with each other. I didn’t put a lot of stock in it then. It would be a few years until I realize that Fizz wasn’t lying. In 2005 Bow Wow and Omari became “inseparable”. It wasn’t until rumors forced Bow Wow to end the relationships. The gay talk was hurting Bow Wow’s business.”
“There were no girls; there were no breaks, and absolutely NO meat. Our diet was so strict that I remember passing out during rehearsals because of our heavily restricted diet.”“…Me and Boog (Jarell Houston, known as J. Boog) resisted the most. Fizz and Omari (Omarion) however seemed a lot easier to take advantage of. I suspect it was because Fizz was so much younger and Omari was just gay.”
“Ray J was cool at first. I was under the impression that he wanted to help me. But just like with Whitney (Houston) he was just looking for someone to use. Ray J said that he was mad about how Chris did us and other artist, but Ray J just wanted airtime.” He went on to say, “Ray J made a diss song about Chris being gay, but that’s the kettle calling the pot black.”

Ray J Vs. Whitney's Family?

At the Billboard Awards last night (May 20th), there was reportedly some tension between R&B singer Ray J and the family of late pop star Whitney Houston. Ray J almost had to be physically removed after angry members of the family ordered that he not be near them.
According to TMZ, Pat Houston was angry because the family was seated next to Ray J., whom they believe was a bad influence on Whitney prior to her death in February.
But Brandy's lil bro allegedly refused to move an inch. Security was called and he removed himself from the section without incident. Reps claim that Pat doesn't have an issue with Ray, however.

Brandy Opens Up About Ray J

In this month's issue of EBONY magazine, R&B star Brandy comes to the defense of her polarizing younger brother, Ray J. Brandy says that Ray J gets a bad rap and the fans, media and general public don't really understand what her little brother goes through.
"I know who he is. And I”m pissed off about some of the things I’ve been hearing. It really bothers me that [those are] the kind of things that people do for money," Brandy said.
"He’s misunderstood," she continued. "It’s one thing to have this image of [a ladies' man], but it’s another to become this other type of person that they’re trying to make my brother out to be. I know who he is. This is a man who loves his mama and his sister and his niece. Ray J loved Kim Kardashian. They were irresponsible with their–you know–but he loved her. For five years, he was with her. In his mind and in the world’s mind, he was in my shadow for such a long time. To watch his sister become whatever I became and to not have that same path or that same way it happened for me; to be called ‘Brandy’s brother…’ To finally break out of it, you’re going to brag; you’re going to feel something about yourself. It’s not coming from a bad place, and I can tell you: Some of the shoes Ray J’s walking in, you’d take off immediately. You wouldn’t be able to handle the type of shoes he’s in.

Ray J Denies Whitney Sex Tape Rumors

Ray J's camp is denying any existence of any supposed sex tape featuring the singer and late pop superstar Whitney Houston. Rumors began circulating online this week claiming that explicit footage exists featuring the two friends, but according to Ray's rep, Courtney Barnes, there is no truth to the stories.
"The despicable tabloid report released today claiming the existence of a sex tape between Ray J and Whitney Houston is not true," Barnes told E! News.
"This story along with so many others have been released to sell magazines," she continued. "There is no sex tape or explicit photos."

Ray J's Hurting Over Whitney

Singer Ray J finally spoke verbally about the loss of his longtime friend, pop superstar Whitney Houston. Houston died unexpectedly last month and she and the 31-year old Ray J were rumored to have been in a romantic relationship for years. Ray J dismissed the claims and said they were only friends.
Ray J did tell media at an event in Los Angeles that he's still reeling from Houston's loss, however.
"I really miss my friend, you know, I really do," Ray J said. "I'm still hurting. ... I'm really emotional right now, I really don't know really what to say. It's just such a tough time for me. I've been through a lot in these past two weeks. I'm able to look at life in a whole different way."

Ray J Angry Over Spoof

Ray J reportedly isn't too happy about a Chicago radio station's spoof of him. WGCI's morning show parodied the singer's radio meltdown of last year, but added the insensitive element of the death of Whitney Houston to the 'jokes.' Ray J and Whitney were close, and he's not at all happy about the spoof.
"I mean alot of people gonna try to make it seem like I broke down in the airport about Whitney, man, but I swear to God I had lost my sister's car key and I know how she feels about that. So I knew with everything that's going on and just to lose this car key would put everything over the top," the fake Ray J impersonator joked. "Before we even get into that, let me ask you a question. What song is doper, "Every Little Step I Take" or 'Sexy Can I?'" He continued, "One Wish was a greater song than Bobby, and I wasn't tripping on the seats I had. My family was there just to support Whitney and support her family my sister was there, my mom, my dad. And this man is going to get mad because he can't move a seat closer to his daughter?"
The singer's unnamed friend blasted the show. "He's having a very difficult time dealing with Whitney's death," a friend told BOSSIP. "He's not even doing interviews right now because he's not in the right place for that. He has a book ("Death Of A Cheating Man") that just came out on Valentine's Day and he's not even promoting that right now. It was an incredibly insensitive thing to do." We feel you Ray J. Hold your head. Our prayers are with you and your fam and the Houston/Brown families. .

Ray J On Whitney Houston:

Before the unexpected death of pop superstar Whitney Houston, her longtime friend and associate Ray J gave an interview with "The Insider" where he discussed their relationship. Despite stories of there having been a romantic link between the two, Ray J insisted in the interview that she and Whitney were friends.
"You know people blow this thing out of proportion. I mean that’s my friend; I’ve been knowing her for years and years and she’s a part of the family," Ray J said. "So when we go out the next day it’s everywhere and there’s so many different stories but that’s my people, that’s my friend."
"I have a lot of love for her and I have a lot of respect for her," he continued, and didn't confirm that there was a romance. "I don’t think you could really say that. I just think our friendship is something people may not understand. Maybe because of the age difference but we’ve always just been friends."
"We hug. We laugh. We go out to dinner. We talk about different things in our lives and she’s a cool person," Ray J added. "We’ve always kept our relationship as private as we could but when we go out she’s such an icon that it reaches the masses. For the most part, we’ve just been friends and we’ve always kept it hush-hush and quiet. You know we really don’t focus on that."
Ray J had nothing but positive words for Whitney's state of mind, at the time of his giving in the interview. "Great. Great, from what I know but you would have to ask her because she can tell you better than me," he said. "We had a great dinner."

Ray J Talks About Kim K In His Book?

Ray J is working on a book called (wait for it) Death of the Cheating Man: What Every Woman Should Know About Men Who Stray. In an interview with The Insider, the reality star detailed his relationship with celebutante Kim Kardashian and says their relationship wasn't built to last.
Which is kind of a recurring pattern for Kimmy.
Ray refers to Kim as “K.K.” and explains the intimate hold Kim had over him throughout their relationship.
"I was hypnotized," he said. "Waking up in the morning with toothpaste already on the toothbrush, a warm towel all ready to go to wash your face. Just certain different perks of being with a woman like that could really trap you into an emotional world that’s hard to get out of.”
“The relationship with KK ended because we just felt like, you know, were friends and honest with each other," Ray J added. "But as far as our commitment as a one on one relationship, that just wasn’t working.”
“As far as sex, it was intense," he continued. "As far as the relationship with KK, it was a roller coaster ride of fun and emotions and infidelity and lies…from both ends. We were the same person, we lived the same life, we lied the same, we cheated the same. We were the same person just in different forms.” “At the end of the day, it was a clash.”

Ray J Discusses Fabolous & Ortiz

Ray J addressed his bizarre altercation with rapper Fabolous and its even stranger aftermath of Charlie Sheen-esque radio interviews. The singer/reality star told Shade 45 that he's ready to move on from the incident and that he regrets the way the entire thing happened.
"You gotta grow from that," he said. "That was me letting my frustrations take over. Whatever situations happen behind closed doors [Fab and I] should have left it at that. So as a man I'm accepting my responsibilities on that end and just growing from it."
Ray J also denied recording with boxer Victor Ortiz. It was reported last week that the two had been in the studio together and a track, allegedly featuring the both of them, was released online.
"I don't know how the media even comes up with these crazy stories," Ray J said. "We ain't never been in the studio together not one time."

Victor Ortiz Recording With Ray J

Ray J may be buddies with boxer Floyd Mayweather, but the man Mayweather defeated two weeks ago is collaborating with Ray J on a new song. In a strange turn of events the R&B singer/reality star and the boxer have recorded a song together.
The two have teamed to record a new song titled “Baddest Girl.”
DJ Ian Carey released the track, which features Ray J. singing and Victor Ortiz rapping.
Ray J partied with Mayweather following his bout against Ortiz two weeks ago and was involved in an altercation with rapper Fabolous.

{Are We LIve} Fabolous' Side of the Ray J Brawl O_o

Fans and media are still buzzing over the reports of a brawl between rapper Fabolous and reality star Ray J that occurred this past weekend in Las Vegas. With Ray J calling into Power 105's Breakfast Club to give his version of what happened early Monday (September 19) morning, Fabolous followed suit. The rapper gave his perspective on the incident late that evening and, as to be expected, he had a very different version of how things went down.
While Ray J's interview was profanity-filled and full of over-the-top declarations and tough guy posing, Fabolous was more subdued--but no less antagonistic.
"This is not no big thing to me. It is what it is at this point," he explained. "This sh*t is more a war on drugs than it is war between Ray J and me. This n***a is high and coked up or on pills. His rant, I heard it [and] it's hilarious to me. It's a joke to me. I'm taking this serious on the side of where he thinks that I'm the n***a that he should do that to, but I'm laughing at his whole character. There's nobody that believes that Ray J's gangsta to that point unless he's gonna prove it. At this point now, he's going to have to prove all that funny sh*t that he said...on The Breakfast Club."
"What really happened is...Floyd [Mayweather, Jr.] had a '24/7' show for the fight, and I guess Ray J was on the show and on the show, Floyd goes, 'I'm about to have a concert in my living room,'" Fab explained. "The camera cuts to Ray J singing on the piano...and it was just funny to me. I made a couple jokes about it on Twitter, and I guess people had fun with it on Twitter...I came to Vegas for the fight [and] Diddy had a dinner...so Ray J comes to the dinner...and when Ray J came in, he was like, 'Yo Fab, you got me on Twitter,' we laughed about it, joked about it...what he said was, the way they edited it, the '24/7' show...there was people there, everybody was in the living room. It still was funny, we still were joking...and what we were telling him was don't be doing any concerts in a n***a's living room...that's not where we wanna see his career go. We all laughed about that, he was cool."
He continued, "I had a show here at the Palms [Casino] with Jadakiss and Styles P...I'm walking down the hallway to the show...I see 50 [Cent] against the wall, I see Floyd against the wall, and I see Brandy's brother...I give 50 [Cent] a dap, I'm going to give Floyd a dap, and Ray J chimes in and says, 'Yo, my n***a I'm here with the Money Team...and we were talking about the jokes, and a n***a wasn't feeling the jokes.' I'm laughing, I'm thinking he's continuing the talk from the dinner...but I'm laughing with him anyways...and I go to speak to Floyd, and [Ray J]'s still chiming in my ear...so I ask, 'Yo, Ray J, what's wrong? Are you serious?'...while he's talking to me, he's touching my shoulder, tapping me on the chest...so I'm like, 'Don't touch me no more'...and then, from there, he leaned back [and] pushed off of my chest. So when he pushed off of me, I jumped back to him and grabbed him up. There was not fight, there was no swing...that n***a was on that Whitney last night."

Ray J Fought Fabolous?

Stars Ray J and Fabolous may have gotten into a tussle in Las Vegas over the weekend during the Floyd Mayweather-Victor Ortiz fight. Fans began tweeting firsthand accounts of a brawl--supposedly as it was happening.
"Just saw Ray J and Fabolous throw blows backstage at the concert in Vegas!!!!" tweeted one fan. "So @RayJ just punched @myfabolouslife about some dumb stuff but Fab whooped his a** backstage …" added another.
And the tweets just kept coming.
"And so now @RayJ is being escorted out with 4 cops … I had to leave out of that drama," tweeted the fan. "And for the chicks spreading the rumor that @50cent hit @myfabolouslife in the bathroom… Cut it out. Y’all accusing the wrong folk."

"@myfabolouslife just beat up @RayJ at palms its cracking!!!!" another fan tweeted.

Ray J Wants Sex Tape Money?

Ray J Wants Sex Tape Money?
Ray J reportedly wants a piece of the revenue Vivid Entertainment makes from selling the infamous sex tape that features him and the socialite/reality star. An undisclosed private buyer is offering to buy the tape for close to $30 million--reportedly to take it off of the market. Ray J's attorney sent a letter to Vivid.
According to TMZ, Ray J has partial copyright ownership in the video and "any attempts to transfer the copyright outside of these parameters will result in filing a motion with the courts to seek an injunction of any sale until Ray J's rights are protected."
The letter also states that "my client rarely has a conversation with industry professionals where the Tape has not been mentioned or questioned ... no amount of money can relieve him from this nightmare."

Ray J Wants Sex Tape To Go Away

Ray J Wants Sex Tape To Go Away
According to reports, reality star Ray J is ready for his infamous sex tape with the newly-married Kim Kardashian to be taken off of the market. Ray reportedly told TMZ that he would be happy if the tape was no more, and Vivid Entertainment--the tape's distributor--received a mystery offer to pull the tape off of the market along with any other material that may feature Kimmy K.
The buyer allegedly offered Vivid $30 million for the tape, a number that Ray J claims is far less than what the tape is worth.
It doesn't seem like removing the tape would matter all that much in the Internet age. That footage is out there and its always going to be out there now.

Ray J. Calls Out Kim Kardashian But Why Tho

Ray J. Calls Out Kim K.
Ray J. is nothing if not classy.
Brandy's super-lame little brother pointed out recently that he is the man responsible for Kim Kardashian's career. True, Kimmy blew up after she bl--well, never mind. Let's just say she did become a star after the sex tape she made with the B-list R&B singer, but he didn't have to come out of his face about it.
But, then again, if he didn't--he wouldn't be Ray J.
"I don't hang with stars I create stars!" Ray J. told an interviewer for 'Sex, Cameras, and Hip-Hop.' "Kim was created. ['For the Love of Ray J' contestant] Cocktail was created and now I'm off to a new project. I wish them well, I hope they have major success in life and I hope they are successful."
