Lil Wayne Responds To Luke

Veteran Miami rappers Trick Daddy and Luther "Luke" Campbell have both voiced their criticisms of hip-hop superstar Lil Wayne's recent disrespectful rant aimed at the Miami Heat. In an interview with 99 Jamz, Wayne was asked how he felt about Luke's opinion, in particular, and the YMCMB star was defiant.
“I can't change nobody's personal opinion. I can't change nobody's personal view,” said Wayne. “I can just keep doing what I do and keep putting food on the table for my family and that's what I'm going to do no matter what."
“I haven't [read Luke's letter], but I already know how he feels about me,” continued Wayne. “I've never met him actually. ...Ever since I got here, there were billboards and signs saying, ‘Lil Wayne, Go Back Home,’ you know what I mean? And I didn't do anything.”
“This is Miami, I can't move,” Wayne added. “I got the best skate weather, ever, down here. ... Like I said, the main thing I really want to get out there is that I do apologize for the misunderstanding to the city of Miami. I love everyone here, it's just I'm passionate about sports and I felt very disrespected, that's all. I felt very, very disrespected.”

Lil Wayne And The Thunder Don't Mix.

Lil Wayne just can't seem to catch a break in Oklahoma City.
The hip hop superstar and avid NBA fan made headlines two weeks ago when he claimed he was denied a courtside seat at a playoff game between the Oklahoma City Thunder and the San Antonio Spurs. Now, Weezy is mad again. Although, no one seems to understand exactly why he's upset this time.
But it sounds like he had another bad experience in OKC. The Thunder are currently battling the Miami Heat in the NBA Finals.
"Again I was treated like sh*t by the Thunder arena staff...dam..I hope da Heat beat da dog sh*t out em!!," he tweeted.

Lil Wayne Responds To Luke

Lil Wayne has responded to criticism from Uncle Luke after the 2 Live Crew head previously called him out.

As previously reported, Luke wrote a lengthy article for the Miami New Times, threatening Lil Wayne, DJ Khaled, Diddy and any other rappers in Miami that are not active contributors to the city.

He writes,
"I'm tired of seeing these cats using up our beaches, soaking up our sunshine, taking over the nightclubs, and sleeping with our women without investing anything into the community. I want to know when Lil Wayne is going to do more than show up courtside at the American Airlines Arena.
They rap in their songs about King of Diamonds and LIV nightclub, where Lil Wayne was partying it up with Dirk Nowitzki and the Dallas Mavericks after they beat the Miami Heat for the NBA championship.

I want to see them doing fundraisers to help youth sports and after school programs. I want to see them at FCAT rallies. I want to see them do like Pitbull who works closely with the Kiwanis Club in Little Havana and DJ Irie who puts on a charity weekend for the Make-A-Wish Foundation."

Now Lil Wayne has responded to Luke's allegations and even fired a shot at DJ Khlaed himself.

Chris Bosh Suing His Baby Mama

Chris Bosh Suing His Baby Mama
Shaunie O’Neal’s ‘in-your-face’, ‘all the good men are taken’, ‘my baby daddy cheated on me’ show "Basketball Wives" seems to be the launching pad for many would-be and wannabe baby mama’s looking to back-door their way into superstardom on the backs of the hard work of their former boyfriends. Just like Royce Reed's current court situation, courtesy of baby daddy Dwight Howard, Allison Mathis, Miami Heat star Chris Bosh’s former girlfriend and baby mama, will also get her day in court.
After learning of Mathis’ recent attempts to be on Season 3 of “Basketball Wives”, Bosh and his lawyers filed a lawsuit against Allison to prevent her from appearing in the upcoming season. The lawsuit, filed Monday in a Los Angeles federal court, says that Bosh is suing Allison for being on the show because it ‘intrudes’ on his private life. He also claims that Allison and Shed Media are trying to, “unjustly enrich themselves by using Bosh’s name,” and he’s seeking damages and an injunction to block her and the company from trademark infringement.
Does Allison dream of following in Shaunie O’Neal’s footsteps to achieve celebrity-dom?

Gilbert Arenas Was Served Papers By Ex At Halftime Of Heat Game.

Orlando Magic guard Gilbert Arenas was served papers by his ex-girlfriend during halftime of Thursday night's game against the Miami Heat. Postedgilbert-arenas-magic by Ben Golliver.

Before Thursday night's game against the Miami Heat, Orlando Magic guard Gilbert Arenas was all smiles, posing and laughing with his teammates as they mocked Heat forward LeBron James's famouse "team photo" ritual. Surely, he wasn't in such a good mood at halftime.

The Associated Press reports that Arenas was served child support papers by his ex-girlfriend, Laura Govan, during halftime of Thursday night's nationally-televised game.

A process server stopped Arenas as he walked off the court Thursday night against the Miami Heat. The court documents, obtained by The Associated Press, were a California petition filed by Laura Mendoza Govan. She identifies herself as his ex-girlfriend in the documents.
The petition seeks custody and child support for three children that Govan says Arenas fathered and has since "financially cut off." She is also seeking support for another unborn child.
Magic GM Otis Smith, who is Arenas' mentor and traded for him in December, confirmed the report to the Orlando Sentinel on Friday night.

Earlier this week, the Washington Post noted that Arenas discussed the trouble with Govan on a 106.7 FM radio show.
People facing expensive court battles usually keep quiet, but the former Wizard was awfully chatty in his call into our colleague Mike Wise's 106.7 FM radio show. It's all lies, Arenas claimed -- except the bit about what Govan said he spends on his legendary shark tank. Yes, it's really five grand a month: "I'd rather spend $5,000 on my fish than have a drinking problem." The sharks, he claimed, have died, because of "somebody throwing pennies in the fish tank." No names.
Otherwise, he accused Govan of overhyping his finances. "If you look back at the last couple breakups of any NBA athlete... it's a format they all go by to get more child support money... This is not 'Basketball Wives.'... These girls got to stop living a fantasy world." As for him: "You make bad choices as an adult, and we pick the wrong woman sometime." Ouch. Govan did not reply by press time.
Govan clearly didn't reply by press time because she was too busy planning an official reply at halftime.

What a mess.
