Rihanna Is Digging Cheryl Cole?

Rihanna likes to make provocative statements regarding her sexuality--openly flirting with fellow superstars like Nicki Minaj and Katy Perry.

The latest girl-crush for Rih-Rih is British pop star and "X-Factor" judge Cheryl Cole.

“Ooh! Cheryl Cole is hot,” Rihanna told Esquire UK. ”I would just like to watch her work."

"Preferably cleaning things on the floor. Picking up stuff on the floor. Bending over,” Rihanna added.

She always knows how to keep us talking, doesn't she?

Beyonce Offered $100 Mil For TV Gig?

Beyonce appears to be more focused on motherhood right now than career opportunities, but reportedly "X-Factor" creator Simon Cowell is prepared to make the superstar an offer to get back to work that she can't refuse. According to reports, Cowell wants Beyonce to become the show's newest host.

And he's willing to offer Bey $100 million to accept a full-time role.

It would be the highest TV salary ever; if there's any truth to the offer. No word yet on whether or not Beyonce is even interested in a television gig.

Nicole Scherzinger Engagement Rumors

Pussycat Doll and "X-Factor" judge Nicole Sherzinger seems to have a small controversy on her hands. The sexy siren came out denying reports that she and her boyfriend of four years, Lewis Hamilton, had gotten engaged. But...no one seems to have told her father.

"Lewis and I woke up this morning and read we were engaged!" Nicole tweeted. "Sorry to disappoint u all but its not true:)"

But the singer's dad, Alfonso Valiente, confirmed the supposed engagement in an earlier interview.

"You know about the proposal? Yes they are engaged," Valiente said. "My future son-in-law is a really nice guy, really down-to-earth. My family all like him. The good spirit is there. He is sincere and he and my daughter seem genuinely happy together, Lewis is a really good guy."

Mariah Carey Joining "X-Factor?"

Despite denials back in March that Mariah Carey would be joining "X-Factor," producer Simon Cowell has revealed that the songbird will indeed have a role on the new competition show. "X-Factor" debuts on FOX in September.

"I think Mariah will have a role on the TV live shows. I met her recently and she was on great form," Cowell reportedly said. "And her idea was to be the judge of the judges, which only Mariah could come up with. She'll be involved in some form. I literally adore her. I love her to bits."

Nicki Minaj Joining "X-Factor?"

Nicki Minaj is seemingly getting offers from everywhere these days.

The Young Money femcee has been mentioned as the leading lady for several movie roles, keeps getting tapped for collaborations (even though she says she's not taking them) and now, she could be joining Simon Cowell's "X-Factor."

Minaj is reportedly in negotiations to be a judge on the U.S. version of the popular U.K. talent competition. Minaj allegedly met with Cowell in Los Angeles recently and it is believed that Nicki Minaj as a judge would help the show appeal to a younger and more diverse audience.
