Em spoke at-length about 50's drive to succeed and revealed that he's seen that spark in his friend and collaborator the entire time that they've been recording together. Young Buck's Assets Go Up For Sale

Young Buck's assets have official gone up for auction. An auction will be held in Nashville with a preview of the rapper's goods scheduled for July 25th. Among the items to go up for sale, including Buck's recording equipment, awards and jewelry.

The rapper's bankrupcy was converted from Chapter 11 to Chapter 7 in December, with Buck's estate trustee revealing that she planned to sell the trademarked "Young Buck" name along with other assets seized for non-payment. Creditors submitted claims totaling $11.5 million, including $10 million that 50 Cent's G-Unit Records said they were owed.

50 Cent Speaks On Brawl

Since seemingly everyone in entertainment has an opinion on the brawl that erupted last week between Drake and Chris Brown, its only fitting that 50 Cent added his two cents to the conversation. The hip hop superstar said that he may not have the details, but he didn't expect that kind of thing to go down.

"I was surprised," admitted 50. "I didn't know what happened. When you see the photos, you're like 'Oh, somebody started bumpin'.'"

"I thought someone hit someone with a bottle. And [instead,] they're throwing it like eh [throwing motion]! That's not...that's not even...I don't know what it even stems from. Is it how you feel about the person? They have in common a connection through [Rihanna]," he added. "Is it disrespect [about] who you are? Or is it about the actual girl? For me, I've been in situations where I've seen that the two lead reasons why you get laid out is over the money, or something to do with the girl."

"It's odd. I didn't really see them being involved in that kind of [thing]," said 50. "When [Drake] says something that was ill...it was always about something that consisted within relationships."

50 Cent Explains Weezy/Floyd Connection

Boxing fans have grown accustomed to rapper 50 Cent hanging out with champ Floyd Mayweather in the ring, but during Mayweather's last fight, pop star Justin Bieber and rapper Lil Wayne were also in the ring. Weezy's presence raised some eyebrows considering his history of rivalry with 50, but 50 Cent explained why both stars being alongside he and Floyd makes sense.

"Floyd has a huge passion for music that people don't know about," 50 explained. "It's a big part of what makes him comfortable and takes his mind off of how hard he has to work to stay being the #1 fighter in the world. With Wayne's music momentum, he's a part of that; he's been a part of the playlist, so it's cool."

"The pictures, when I'm not paying attention, they take some really weird facial expressions of me," he said of his appearing angry in the pics with Floyd and Weezy. "I'm like, 'What the f--- was I thinking at that point?' It's nothing there to make me feel uncomfortable."

Charli Baltimore Revisits G-Unit Feud

There was a time in hip hop when 50 Cent's G-Unit and Ja Rule's Murder Inc. camp were embroiled in one of the most talked-about hip hop feuds of the past decade. Former Murder, Inc. affiliate Charli Baltimore discussed the old animosity and revealed that, despite her label association, she didn't really have an issue with 50 Cent.

"I don't even know him, I just kind of got pushed into it by default," Baltimore said. "I never met him one time in my life -- I was with my clique, so it was what it was. It wasn't anything personally going on, so I get it."

She explained to This Is 50 that she hadn't even kept up with 50's disses.

"I don't know which one, it was a few," she added. "You know, I was with Black Wall Street for a while. [laughs] That sh*t is so old. Yeah, so old."

50 Cent Discusses Dr. Dre, DJ Drama

50 Cent is prepping his first-ever "Gangsta Grillz" mixtape alongside famed mixtape guru DJ Drama, and the rapper spoke to Shade 45 about the project and why he feels it represents a significant change in direction for him as an artist who did much to build the current mixtape culture.

"I never really, on the mixtapes, reach out and put the people I needed to put on to make it feel like it was a different energy," explained 50 Cent. "It was me doing what I want to do, and of course, putting the artists around me on the tape to get them that exposure."

"This go-round, I said, 'Because it's 'Gangsta Grillz,' it's an event for me!'" he added. "'Gangsta Grillz' is actually the biggest mixtape brand you can be associated with. Everyone else has lost the consistency."

50 also briefly discussed his relationship with mentor Dr. Dre and Dre working with 50's longtime rival, Rick Ross, recently. "You know what I know about Dre? Creatively, he's saying, 'If there's a hit, wherever it is, I'm going to go get it,'" 50 explains. "I don't care. These are people I have strong relationships with that have done things for me. You don't bite the hand that feeds you. I've been raised that way. ...What is 50 Cent's career minus 'In Da Club?'"

50 Cent Claims Young Buck's Recordings

G-Unit head 50 Cent has laid claim to Young Buck's recordings. The rapper/mogul's G-Unit attorneys indicate that a recent motion to sell Young Buck's intellectual property doesn't disclose the specific assets. According to the Wall Street Journal, 50 Cent has asked that a bankruptcy judge block the sale until it is determined what can and cannot be sold.

“The creditors are left with no choice but to file this opposition to ensure that the trustee is not seeking to adversely affect the creditors’ rights in assets that they own, or in which they have rights and interests,” 50's attorneys claimed in papers filed last week.

50 claims that his label owns 100 percent of Buck's recording rights and thusly, has the sole right "to distribute, reproduce, and authorize adaptations and all performances in whatever form." The case is scheduled to go before a bankruptcy judge next month in Nashville, Tennessee.

2Pac Rocks Coachella

Dr. Dre had the most talked-about set at the Coachella festival. Dre performed Sunday (April 15th) night, with a bevy of superstar guest appearances--including Snoop Dogg, Kurupt, 50 Cent, Kurupt, Wiz Khalifa, Eminem and, amazingly, 2Pac. A hologram of the legendary rapper was projected onstage and performed ‘Hail Mary’ and the 2Pac/Snoop Dogg duet "Two Of American’s Most Wanted."

The image sent the crowd into a frenzy and Twitter buzzed with fans' reactions.

The set list was packed with numerous classic tracks--which is to be expected given Dre's lengthy run of hits and the numerous acts he's produced hits for. "The Next Episode, "Ain’t No Fun," "Drop It Like It’s Hot," and several other songs were a part of the set, before the Doctor ended the show with "Still D.R.E."

50 Cent Admits Bad Business Choices

50 Cent admitted that he has regrets about some of his business decisions. The rapper told Rachel Ray that he feels that, had it not been for some missteps, he could be even bigger today than he is. 50 blames his mixing friendship with business as one reason for the mistakes.

"Personally, I have to be conscious not to overly invest myself in people because I'm personable and I start to develop relationships," 50 said. "Let's just say an easy job, a hard job to do, you forget you're working and when people have a comfortable work environment, they do things and you kind of let them go for a while and it kind of becomes uncomfortable and you have to get rid of them. ... [You have] to keep those boundaries. When you're exercising that whistle-while-you-work concept 'cause you're enjoying yourself and you're doing what you're passionate about, it's tough for you to look at each individual's performance and actual space -- there's been a lot of mistakes made in my career that have gone unseen because the projects were successful projects. But people made a lot of mistakes behind the scenes that could have made it a little bigger and better."

Precious Paris Resurrecting G-Unit?

Precious Paris is promising big things for her career alongside 50 Cent's G-Unit camp. The sexy rhymer says that she plans on returning the imprint to its early 2000s heyday; when Fiddy was undeniably the biggest star in hip hop and his compadres were churning out hit records.

"It's just G-Unit reinvented," she told Hip Hop N More. "Just [bringing] that whole feeling back of '02. We just want to get that same energy back. Because I just feel like there was a void, music was going a certain way. I feel like everything comes back around and I feel this is the time for 2.0. We can really shake the ground."

"I mean, this is my opportunity so I'm gonna go as hard as I could to make a difference and make some noise in the rap game," she added. "I guarantee you I'm not gonna sleep until that happens."

She also explained the 'Rida Gang' clique and how they're affiliated with G-Unit.

"Rida Gang! It's the new G-Unit, like a sub division of it," Paris says. "It's like a group inside of G-Unit. It's pretty much me and Kidd Kidd and then you have Shawty Lo and Genasis. But me and Kidd Kidd are pretty much the faces of Rida Gang at the moment."

Young Buck Misses G-Unit?

The icy relationship between rapper Young Buck and his former mates in G-Unit may be thawing a little bit. At the very least, Buck seems to harbor less resentment against 50 Cent's crew--despite their acrimonious split several years ago.

Buck spoke about G-Unit in an interview with DJ Whoo Kid--G-Unit's affiliated DJ.

"It's been a long time since I've had any kind of conversation with [Lloyd] Banks, [Tony] Yayo, 50 [Cent], anybody really through that camp over that way," Buck told DJ Whoo Kid. "It's been even a long time since I heard your voice to even have a conversation and we having it on air, live for the people. ... At the end of the day, we've made history and I would never not consider not being a chance for us to make history again if ever given the opportunity or chance. My thing is, at the end of the day, we only get older out here in this situation, in life, in itself and the older I became, the wiser I became at the same time."

DJ Drama Teams With 50 Cent

50 Cent will be teaming with mixtape guru DJ Drama for their first ever "Gangsta Grillz" collaboration. 50 Cent and DJ Drama have both been important figures in the mainstreaming of mixtapes in the 2000s.

"I'm dropping another mix tape called the lost tape with DJ drama," 50 Cent tweeted. "My first gangsta grillz mix tape."

50 is also prepping his fifth album, which is currently slated for release on July 2nd.

Shawty Lo On G-Unit Deal

Shawty Lo recently discussed his signing with G-Unit and why the deal made sense for all parties involved. Shawty Lo is expected to release a solo album and G-Unit will also distribute his D4L Records imprint. He praised the signing as a savvy career move.

“Me and 50 we got something like the same storyline,” Shawty Lo told AllHipHop. “I was upcoming and it was so hard. We were raised from struggle and ended up being muscle. That’s what I feel like I am…muscle They say ‘damn Shawty Lo so small,’ this and that, but I always been muscle. I always been like that hard little rock in the hood.”

“What interests me is when an artist gives it his all,” Shawty Lo says. “They need to give it 100 percent. You can’t just bring the demo and say ‘listen to this.’ Anyone does that. It’s like the music is the new game. I wanna check out their Internet presence , their performance presence , I wanna see it all.”

50 Cent Got Mayweather's Son Tattoos?

Rapper 50 Cent and boxer Floyd Mayweather are good friends. Such good friends, apparently, that Floyd let 50 take his 13-year old son to get tattoos up and down his arms at 2:30 am. The two went back-and-forth on Twitter about the incident and it was unclear if Floyd was angry or joking when Fiddy posted the pic of Koraun's new tats on Twitter.

"What the hell is wrong with @50cent got my son hanging out getting tattoos at 2:30am on a school night," Mayweather tweeted. To which 50 responded: "Man @FloydMayweather mad at me I took his son to the tattoo spot. He’s 13 he’s a big boy MONEY TEAM."

When was it okay for a 7th grade-age kid to get a tattoo? And its hard to tell if Fiddy and Floyd were messing around or if there may be a major beef brewing amongst the "Money Team."

50 Cent Challenges Birdman

Rapper 50 Cent has responded to Cash Money head Bryan "Birdman" Williams claim of betting $5 million on the New England Patriots in the upcoming Super Bowl. While 50 didn't match Birdman's gaudy gamble, he did make a wager to Birdman on his own hometown New York Giants.

"I'm up 500,000 off the last one. f*ck it ill bet it back Ill put a 1,000,000 on my G MEN. STUNNER you got the # hit me if you want it.," Fiddy tweeted to Birdman. "I know what he said fool RT @AbuArije: @BIRDMAN5STAR said 5 @50cent not 1 million"

"I just check the spread Hold up the M casino in vegas said patriots-3 I'm have to bet over there unless STUNNTER giving up points," 50 Cent added. "Get at me"

50 Cent Considering Two Releases

50 Cent has announced that he is considering releasing two upcoming albums. The rapper says that he's recorded enough material over the last three years that it would justify two albums. In an interview with Forbes, 50 explained why this approach may work.

"This time I'm not sure I'll tour the world like I did on my last project because it makes my album cycles two years long," he says. "I think I'd like to launch this record and come back and launch another record following it because it's been three years since my last album, so I've recorded so much material that I'm really excited about trying to get those ideas to the...public so they get a chance to hear it and appreciate it."

"I kinda think you have to keep the audience engaged a little more [these days]," added 50. "There's a lot of new material that comes out. But it's not from established artists."

"I just felt like because I created so much, I wanted to get it out to them. I'm always excited about the newest idea for myself," he continued.

DJ Whoo Kid's Suge Knight Story

DJ Whoo Kid shared an old story that involved an altercation between his G-Unit compadres and notorious hip hop mogul Suge Knight. Whoo Kid said that the incident occurred because Knight was angry with 50 Cent for using an unreleased 2Pac verse on his song "Tha Realest Killaz."

"I got paid five G's to DJ at a club in [Los Angeles], but I didn't know that they were promoting [the event] on LA radio, so good old Suge Knight is in his car tuning in," he explained. "It was [at] the time that I leaked the 50 Cent and 2Pac song 'Tha Realest Killaz,' which was a record that Snoop Dogg couldn't clear on his album, so whoever they [originally] gave the record to, they gave it to me, so I kinda spliced it up [with a verse from 50 Cent] and made it a bigger record, 'cus it was a verse [from 2Pac] that nobody ever heard, and the fact that [Snoop] couldn't clear it, he gave it to me to leak."

"Suge Knight took it upon himself to 'find me' that day…he set it up [so] that everybody in [the club I was DJing in] was in [the 34th Street Gang]…the promoter got tricked, too," Whoo Kid continued. "The promoter gave me the five G's and once I got to the stage, of course, at the time 'In Da Club' was the biggest record, so of course the first record I played was 'In Da Club.' So as soon as I played 'In Da Club,' the whole club turned and looked at me…[then] the promoter came up to me and was like, 'We gotta get you out of here…Suge Knight's in the front. We're trying to call the cops so he don't come in, but he wants to come in'…we started running out the back, I'm jumping in the van, and then for some reason - I don't know where, but C-Lo got the dirtiest looking gun I ever seen in my life…so I'm looking up and I see the 34th Street Gang running up to us with knives, so I'm like, 'Holy sh*t, I'm about to get stabbed for some 50 sh*t!' I'm like, 'Yo, get the gun!' By the time [C-Lo] grabs it…the police come [up]…[C-Lo] throws the gun all the way to back of the van. The cops grab the 34th Street Gang, and we peel off."

50 Cent Signs R&B Star To G-Note

Virginia-born R&B star Governor is the latest signee to 50 Cent's G-Note imprint. The crooner is the first vocalist signed to G-Note and was previously signed to T.I.'s Grand Hustle label, which produced the album . The singer told AllHipHop that he expects big things from his new affiliation with G Note and 50 Cent, but also had positive things to say about his first album--despite its lack of success.

"There was a lot of different things on Son of Pain," he says. "It was an edgy album done in a classic R&B type vibe. Some songs even incorporated a Hip-Hop style because of how I write and because of my affiliations and how I came up. So I really, to this day, have a soft spot for Son of Pain, and it still kind of breaks my heart that that album didn’t really get the chance to receive the recognition that it was supposed to. It was one of the most depressing things to see something that had so much potential never get a shot."

"Now I’m working with G-Note, so a lot of things are different because I’m working with 50 [Cent], and 50’s a Hip-Hop artist and he basically brings me to his audience, which is not my core audience, but it’s a hell of an audience to be brought to," he added. "That’s different, and with the way I dress and people perceive me, that’s a little different now, but I respect it totally ‘cause it allowed me to broaden my scope on who wouldn’t normally hear or listen to my music."

50 Cent Dismisses T.I. 'Beef'

50 Cent and T.I. had a brief war of words last month on Twitter; following 50 Cent's assertion that Tip's wife, Tiny, should have taken the rap for the 2010 drug possession charges that landed T.I. back in jail for a year. Although T.I. balked at 50's commentary, 50 Cent says that the two have put their differences behind them now.

In a recent interview, 50 shared that some acquaintances and a phone call helped end the 'beef' before it ever really boiled over.

“We got mutual friends and I was actually in conversation with one of them, and they were around him,” 50 explained. “I didn’t tell him to get [T.I.] on the phone and [T.I.] didn’t tell him to get me on the phone, it was just there and it was like, 'Yo, you just need to talk to him because you don't know where [his anger] is coming from. We [got] into it and he had a lot of legitimate points.”

50 Cent Spazzes On Interscope?

Just a day after 50 Cent proclaimed that he was going to drop his upcoming album when he wanted, his label Interscope released artwork for a single that Fif says he never approved. He hopped on Twitter and revealed just how deep his frustration with Interscope runs.

"Man interscope put out the single art saying its coming out on the 31st but its not coming out. I'm not putting my album out till we are all on the same page," he tweeted. "These people are gonna make kill one of them. Now madonna's single is called GIRLS GONE WILD. This is some bull sh*t #SK"

"This is nuts to me. I try to do everything I can to keep my cool you know what? If they don't care I don't care I'm putting out a video now," Fiddy continued. "in 15 min new 50cent f*ck it. Making music makes me feel good. I'm going to write while I'm mad. I always come up with something good #SK"
