Robin Thicke Sees Paula Patton In Biopic?

R&B singer Robin Thicke and actress Paula Patton seem to have a strong relationship. In an interview with TheYBF, Thicke shared his thoughts on late pop icon Whitney Houston; and the crooner didn't hesitate when asked about who should play the iconic singer in a biopic.
"My wife! She reminds me of Whitney Houston," Thicke says. "And when she was first starting, she was going out on auditions, they were like ‘you know you remind me of that Halle Berry meets Whitney Houston.’ She got that a lot when she first started. So she’s been getting a lot of Twitter’s and Google’s about her playing Whitney Houston. But I think it’s way too soon. I think anybody that tries to do Whitney within the next year or two is a big mistake."
"Everybody just wants to appreciate Whitney for the genius that she was, and let everything else come in a few years. Besides my remake of course," he added. "That wasn’t for attention, it was just out of appreciation. But everyone that’s gonna make a movie is gonna wanna make money off of it and it’s all gonna get jumbled and no one is gonna wanna tell the bad stuff because it’s too soon. And then you wont get the real story that what makes a human being a human being is their greatness and weakness. And Whitney was one of the greatest singers of all time, so it’s gonna be hard to tell that story honestly."

Robin Thicke On Interracial Dating

Robin Thicke is one-half of one of entertainment's most famous interracial couple, and the crooner--who's married to sexyMission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol star Paula Patton, was asked for his thoughts on the ongoing belief that Black women should start dating more White men to find satisfactory relationships.
"I think that’s ridiculous. There are so many good Black men out there that are hardworking, decent, and handsome, you know? To start that rumor is as bad as starting any other negative rumor," he said. "There are great Black men out there. There are only a few good White men — trust me. (Laughs) Good luck finding a good White man who understands your journey. I only have three White friends. I’ve got 20 Black male friends, who are all good men who take good care of their wives, and good care of their children. I know amazing Black men."
"Maybe the women have to take better care of their men," Thicke added. "Maybe you’re being too stubborn. Maybe you’re not saying you’re sorry. You have to take good care of him, too. You have to give love to get love."

Paula Patton Praises Robin Thicke

Mission: Impossible 4 star (and Robin Thicke wifey) Paula Patton discussed her butt-kicking abilities in a new interview with Complex magazine. The beauty said she enjoys proving that she can be a tough girl on-screen.
"Definitely," Patton said when asked if she enjoys being physical on-screen. "Listen, I’m not someone to be played with! [Laughs.] If need be, I can hurt someone. I don’t think there’s a problem with that. I just try not to be like, “Oh, I really want to sock this person in the face.” That’s not saying that I’m perfect. Ideally, I want to be a person who tries to have some compassion. But I have said things, like, “I’m going to strangle this person,” or, “I want to murder them!” [Laughs.] Which is horrible. I’m such a.... What’s the word for it? I waver back and forth; I’m many things at once."
Paula gushed about her hubby's ongoing support of her thriving career.
"He is my greatest supporter," she said of Thicke. "He’s never stopped me from doing a single thing; he only encourages me to go for it. He tells me to do things before I even think I’m ready myself."
