In her GQ spread, Rihanna touched on her sexually-charged image. The leggy singer revealed that she thinks that American's prudishness about sex makes people misunderstand her.

"That comes from my culture. That’s just the way it’s always been, and I think that for people, especially in America, they make it like the forbidden fruit, but that only makes kids more curious….I was a lot more naive about the way I moved and the way I was being perceived," she says. "The more you hear people talk about ‘Oh, you’re a sex symbol,’ it just makes you think, ‘Why are you saying that?’ And I figured it out."

"I like to feel like a woman," she added. "I have to be in control in every other aspect of my life, so I feel like in a relationship, like I wanted to be able to take a step back and have somebody else take the lead."

James Bond Wants Rihanna Over Beyonce?

Daniel Craig has become this generation's iconic James Bond, and with Skyfall currently dominating the box office--its now the highest-grossing Bond film ever--it only looks like he's going to rocking the snazzy suits and shaken-not-stirred martinis for a while to come. Craig was recently asked if there was which pop superstar would make the best Bond girl: Beyonce or Rihanna.

Craig's answer was simple and clear-cut.

"Rihanna. Yeah," Craig replied. "She's dirtier."

Rihanna's on the cover of this month's Harper Bazaar and the sexy singer opened up about her 'bad girl' image and her lack of a booty these days. She discussed being 'rebellious.'

"[I'm] rebellious through my music, through my fashion, tattoos, and my hair," she explained. "I have been conservative in my love life… it’s pretty much nonexistent. If I come across someone who I find really cool, I’ll hang out. But the minute I find that we’re getting too close I just—I don’t let people in."

"I don’t know if there’s something going on with my body right now, but I’m eating everything in life!" said Rih-Rih. "I miss my ass. It just went away! I need a butt. I have an idea of one, but it’s not living up to its full potential right now.”

Rihanna Brings Out Jay-Z At Hackney

Jay-Z, Rihanna Join London Festival

Jay-Z and Rihanna are among the musical stars that will be included in the London 2012 Festival as part of a cultural celebration in Great Britain that is in conjunction with the Summer Olympics. The festival will be ongoing through September 9th and will feature events and performances that will also celebrate the Paralympic Games.

A large free live musical event is also planned for June 23rd and June 24th.

Jay-Z and Rihanna will perform alongside stars ranging from David Guetta to Lana del Rey to Florence and the Machine. The shows will take place across six stages in the Hackney Marshes area of East London.

Rihanna's Angry Tirade

There was an intense moment during pop superstar Rihanna's interview with Esquire magazine this month. When the subject of Chris Brown and their collaborations was brought up, Rih-Rih's claws came out.

"That’s how f-cked up society is. There’s a lot of sh-t y’all can’t get over," she snapped. "Y’all holding your breath on a lot of stuff that doesn’t matter. When you realize who you live for, and who’s important to please, a lot of people will actually start living."

"I am never going to get caught up in that," she added. "I’m gonna look back on my life and say that I enjoyed it – and I lived it for me- and God. This is turning into a tacky interview. What do you really want to talk about? I’m not here to [talk] about messy sh*t."

Rihanna Is Digging Cheryl Cole?

Rihanna likes to make provocative statements regarding her sexuality--openly flirting with fellow superstars like Nicki Minaj and Katy Perry.

The latest girl-crush for Rih-Rih is British pop star and "X-Factor" judge Cheryl Cole.

“Ooh! Cheryl Cole is hot,” Rihanna told Esquire UK. ”I would just like to watch her work."

"Preferably cleaning things on the floor. Picking up stuff on the floor. Bending over,” Rihanna added.

Rihanna & Drake Rumors Heat Up

Despite the rumors that sexy starlet was with New York Knick J.R. Smith during Memorial Day Weekend, the time she spent with Young Money rapper Drake at Miami's Club Liv is continuing to make headlines. More details have emerged regarding the two ex-lover's (they dated briefly in 2009) time together.

"Rihanna was all over Drake this weekend," an onlooker told Us Weekly. "They were holding hands and dancing all close on the dance floor."

Of course, Rihanna's people are shooting down any rumors that the two are rekindling anything. "She's not 'dating' Drake or anybody," the insider counters. "She's single."

Rihanna Dating New York Knick?

Rihanna, while stirring up the gossip mill by appearing at Club Liv with ex-beau Drake, also found time to start another hot rumor. The leggy pop star has been reportedly spending time with New York Knicks guard J.R. Smith.

With the Knicks getting bounced in the first round, the wingman has had plenty of time for extracurricular activities.

Smith had a run-in with the police in Miami last week for driving without a license. But after he was out of jail, he was seen hanging with Rih-Rih at Urban Beach Week.

Drake & Rihanna Spotted Together

Former loves-turned-friends-turned-possibly-lovers again Rihanna and Drake were spotted out together at Miami's Club Liv. The photogenic young superstars were getting close at the spot, and Rihanna was reportedly looking a little sloshed.

Drake and Rihanna have had a lengthy history, but have never 'officially' claimed to be anything more than friends.

Drake has even referenced their history in some song lyrics. But Rihanna seems to just be enjoying herself. She's a party girl and he's a sensitive guy.

This can't end well.

Rihanna is planning to release a new fragrance called "Nude," and the leggy superstar decided to give fans a little taste of what the ad campaign for the scent may look like. Never one to shy away from showing skin, Rih-Rih posted pics from her photoshoot for the perfume's first ads.

"I got a big shoot tomorrow for a surprise fragrance for my ladies called…NUDE! Bye bye dreadz, for NOW!" she tweeted, referencing the look she rocked on "American Idol" just a week ago.

Rocking a blonde look and nothing but her birthday suit, Rihanna got tongues a-wagging online. She definitely knows how to generate interest.

M.I.A. Joins Roc Nation Management

The management arm of Jay-Z's Roc Nation empire continues to expand. London-based Sri Lankan rapper/singer M.I.A. has joined the management team, according to reports from earlier today (May 24th.)

Roc Nation also posted the news on their website. M.I.A. is reportedly hard at work on her next album.

"Welcome home," tweeted pop superstar Rihanna, who is also signed to Roc Nation management. Rihanna also retweeted a tweet from Roc Nation that read simply: "The nation just keeps on growing..."

Despite ongoing Web rumors that the two Roc Nation affiliated-stars don't like each other, there was nothing but adulation and respect between the two at Roc Nation exec "Ty-Ty" Smith's birthday party in London.

The two met up after the "Watch the Throne" concert and shared a kiss.

"@rihanna hatin a$$ biatch!!!! Mwah!!!!!!" tweeted Ora, along with a pic of the smooch.

Chris Brown Dissed Rihanna?

The never-ending saga of Chris Brown and Rihanna took another interesting turn.

Breezy dropped a freestyle over Kanye's "Theraflu/Way Too Cold" instrumental, that may or may not have been a diss aimed at ex-girlfriend-turned-old-buddy Rihanna. The song comes just a couple of months after the two former lovebirds generated controversy by releasing two songs together.

"Don’t f**k with my old b-tch it’s like a bad fur/Every industry n***a done had her/Shook the tree like a pumpkin just to smash her/B-tch is breaking codes, but I’m the password," Chris Brown rapped.

Apparently, the fans aren't the only ones that heard the tune as a Rihanna diss. The sexy singer conspicuously unfollowed Brown shortly after the Brown tweeted the song's link.

She also tweeted, "Aw, poor dat #neaux1currrrr."

Rihanna Hits the Strip Club

Rihanna has been having a lot of fun lately. Just a couple of weeks after getting wasted and partying like a rock star at the Coachella Festival, the sexy singer was spotted out at the strip club with rapper Meek Mill, helping him celebrate his birthday.

Rih-Rih had a good time, apparently. Meek Mill shared some tweets from the party.
