Lupe Fiasco Still Frustrated

Lupe Fiasco is still frustrated with his record label, Atlantic. Despite having his long-awaitedLasers album released earlier this year, Fiasco isn't happy with the artistic compromises he made on the project and he's spoken at-length about his issues with record labels. He still feels he doesn't have the right kind of support from the suits.

"They still can't understand me. They still don't get it," he says. "They still don't understand that, even without a hit record, Lupe Fiasco will be just as relevant and just as successful as the dude with the hit record. They just don't get that."
