Jay-Z has become one of the most successful rappers of all time over the years. But with his success came a bevy of haters, and the rapper recently acknowledged that the backlash against him stems from people not wanting him to reach the heights he's climbed.
"It may sound arrogant," he says, "but I just think people can't handle when somebody is successful. Something has gotta be wrong: you gotta be down with some higher power. And I guess when someone else is successful, it makes you feel like maybe you're a failure. So it can't be you, it has to be some other force."
Jay-Z has faced everything from allegations of biting to devil-worshiping rumors.

Jay-Z worships Jay-Z and he has done NOTHING to dispel his affiliation with the cult. So what are we supposed to think?? Be the richest or the most famous only makes you a success in the eyes of other men. In the end it is all ashes.
