After 13 years of marriage, Will Smith and his wife and Jada Pinkett Smith have separated, In Touch Weekly is reporting. The magazine comes to this conclusion via an "insider," and the couple's publicists haven't yet returned messages to confirm.
RadarOnline.com is reporting that a family member says news of a split is not true. "They're happy and married still," the unidentified family member said.
Pinkett Smith's rep Karynne Tencer would not comment on the reports.
The Smiths have two children together, Jaden and Willow.

this worldly superficial society we live in would love for this to be true: "how dare 2 hollywood people stay stable" and "how dare 2 black people stay stable." marriage is a God-holy union-not a glorified girlfriend+boyfriend relationship. Mankind as a whole need to be serious about these things. My prayers go out to the Smiths.

I really dislike the unnecessary comment about a black couple / marriage race has nothing to do with anything... I love Will Smith and hope whatever is going on in his personal life / family life that he's ok and this would be something that has been thought about thoroughly with members of his family.... my thoughts and prayers go out to him and his family...

Farce, I agree with aforementioned statement regarding race and the casual lack of respect people hold for marriage. It is a holy union, yet people LOVE to see controversy therein. Negativity sells, no matter who it affects. But when it's celebrity drama, it's a top headline. Discount it as truth if you wish. You're lying to yourself if you're seriously saying that it has nothing at all to do with race or the general hunger people have to feed off of negativity.
