Darn I wanted to see his bedroom! I enjoy his ideas and he made some very good points along with advice. Although it is a tad random and sporadic but that's Lil Wayne. On a side note i remember playing outside well into the age of 16, I definitely miss it. I'm now 20 and spent 55% of my day on a computer. Things have changed so fast in the last few years. I would be happy as fuck if my parents bought me a skateboard!

First off I appreciate Mr. Carter coming forth to share his thoughts on this subject. With the untimely death of Michael Jackson and Mr. Jobs death I can see how it would make someone step back and take a better look at their life and the message that their lifestyle sends to society. However, Mr. Carter's message clearly demonstrated that he was and is a victim of the great pressure that society thrusts upon celebrities to perform, produce, and compete at will.
Lil Wayne has been in that limelight since a child just as MJ and many others and It Is the fault of the parents who allow society, peer pressure, and often sheer greed stand in the way of their loved ones total well being.
Money, power, respect and sex is nothing without good health. This means good health of the body, the MIND, and the spirit. Mr. Carter I pray that you find true well being and take the time out for yourself to achieve it.

I enjoyed this. Whoever is telling Lil Wayne to leave intelligence to educated people is ignorant!! Just because you're educated doesn't make you smarter. Lil Wayne has common sense and life experience that you can't get from reading a book; you either have it or you don't, and Lil Wayne definitely has it! He influences the youth and the fact that he's on here being positive and telling the truth is a great thing. People stereotype rappers; they judge them based on their music and what they look like. What people don't realize is that rappers are intelligent, especially someone like a Lil Wayne. He's not getting rich just by making music; he's also a business man. Anyone can get rich, but not everyone can sustain wealth. Anyone can make a hit song, but not everyone can make multiple hit records! Society loves to focus on all the negative that entertainers do, especially African american entertainers. They never give credit to the positive things they do, if they do it's for a minute. Lil Wayne can do all the positive in the world, but as soon as he makes a mistake people will drag his name through the mud. He's human and he's going to make mistakes, just like EVERYONE does. He realizes that people look up to him (especially our youth) and I respect him for making this public service announcement! For the comment about, "now he's a machine," in a way he is! Most people can't endure what someone like him endures. That's why not everyone is an entertainer or athlete. They are on another level, they are expected to perform at all times. That's why they get paid millions. Regular people can't handle that type of lifestyle, it takes a special kind of person to make it to his level; you have to have thick skin and heart. I don't think you would be able to endure that lifestyle which is why you're sitting behind a computer judging him. You couldn't do what he does, or anyone on his level does so you're bitter about it and you want to bring him down. That's why he's so special because people like you who are negative and try to bring him down, can't. He's going to continue to do him, make money, and make music. All the people who spend time hating on him should get a life and put all that energy into something that you're good at.
