Rapper Lil B is releasing a new mixtape today (November 15) and dropped the controversial new track "I Got AIDS" as the first song from the project. The song is an AIDS awareness song that encourages listeners to get tested for STDS.
At the end of the song, Lil B gives a public service announcement for over a minute, reminding fans to be cautious and avoid unprotected sex.
The song will be featured on Lil B's "BasedGod Velli" mixtape. The project's title is derived from 2Pac's former alias 'Makaveli.'

Finally someone that our children look up to is putting some awareness out there.
i think its awesome...i cannot believe people are hating on this....aids awarness is a GOOD thing....what the hell has this world come to when people only like it when rappers talk about females in a deragatory manner n how much money they got, drugs, sex...i mean come on...use your fame for something good. Yall haters are just IGNORANT!!!...and your parents failed!!
the man above^^^ is obviously confused. lil b ALWAYS talks about women VERY disrespectfully and money and drugs.....he is famous for that lol. how about enouraging men and women to stop bein hoes. that will be good
everything about this guy is ignorant...for one u cursing while doing a video in a church r u serious this poor boy is going to hell with gasoline draws on real talk...this is not music this is a disgrace and making our race look bad at least rap about things to help ppl succeed not hinder them and make them more ignorant then they already are
There is nothing wrong with doing something about AIDS awareness but there is a way u go about doing things. People who are dying from this sickness don't wish to be exploited like that. I'm not buying that piece of shit album simply because of how he went about doing things.
i think its a amazing thing to do u can tell people to stop being hoes ...or what ever but you cant hide tghe fact that not only "hoes" have this disease its a good thing that hes doing this instead of gloryfying SEX and not pointing out the bad shit that can come along with "mooney, hoes, car s and clothes"

I'm not a fan of Lil B but my 19 year old son is. After hearing this song, I must say, at least this character has some good intentions.
