The Dream Vs. The Weeknd

The-Dream's performance at SOBs, during which he called out his imitators, got some attention. One R&B star didn't take too kindly to The-Dream's insinuation that there were too many artists out that sounded like him; the Weeknd sent what most are interpreting as a diss at the singer/songwriter on Twitter.

"ham burglar lookin’ ass nigga… all i need are my brothers and my fans… f**k the bullsh*t. just gimme that gat damn allderdice god d**m it!" The Weeknd tweeted. "i’m too turnt up right now!! this n***a is so hood, he thinks my name is the weekender…i was raised old fashioned, you get at me, i get at you… ain’t no sideways sh*t about it…"

The-Dream quickly responded with a long series of tweets that were both confrontational and passive.
