Kendrick Lamar and Black Hippy have officially joined Dr. Dre's Aftermath Entertainment and Interscope Records. The West Coast emcee and crew have apparently just closed a deal today (March 8th) and few details have been made public currently. Anthony "Top Dawg" Tiffith told FADER that all parties "just closed" a joint venture deal with the labels. Lamar will release his official label debut Good Kid in a Mad City jointly between Top Dawg, Aftermath and Interscope. Additionally, future projects by ScHoolBoy Q, Ab-Soul and Jay Rock will release through Top Dawg and Interscope. |
