Diddy Reinvents Himself Again

Diddy Reinvents Himself Again
Diddy has done it again. The former Puffy, former Puff Daddy, former P. Diddy has decided it's time to add yet another name to his arsenal of pseudonyms. Crediting his musical comeback as motivation, the mogul said that he has again re-christened himself.
"Check it out, so I decided I'm going to change my name for a week in honor of my comeback," Diddy revealed in a video. "Y'all know I've been known as Puff, Puffy, Puff Daddy, Diddy, P. Diddy, King Combs, earlier it was Sean Combs, and for a week, this week only, call me by my new name, 'Swag.' Check it out. My new name is Swag."
'King Combs?'
Must've missed that one.

Diddy STILL Not Over J. Lo?

Diddy STILL Not Over J. Lo?
With Diddy Dirty Money appearing on "American Idol" next month, the King of Doing-Too-Damn-Much just couldn't resist gushing over his former love and current "A.I." judge, Jennifer Lopez. The two haven't been an item for over a decade, yet Diddy can't seem to stop reminding the whole world of what they used to be. The mogul praised J. Lo's success on television and in her personal life.
“She’s just looking so good. You’ve got to give it to her for having twins and to be doing it how she’s doing it. I’m so proud of her,” Diddy said. “The way she handled coming after (former Idol judge) Simon (Cowell)… she’s been, like, a compassionate person. She has made me cry, like, twice, and she’s looked good doing it. And she has made sense."
“She’s a nice person (and)… when you’re super nice, your emotions get the best of you," Diddy continued. "It’s good though, it’s good to see that change in the competitive shows. I think she’s very refreshing.”

Lil Kim Still Mad At Diddy

Lil Kim Still Mad At Diddy
Lil Kim continues to milk her pseudo-beef for all its worth.
The 'Queen Bee' recently reiterated her current contempt for former cohort Sean "Diddy" Combs. Kim is apparently stilled miffed that Diddy didn't defend her honor against her arch-nemesis Nicki Minaj.
"I'm bothered by his actions, because I rolled with Puffy to the bitter end, and still would have rolled with him," Kim explained in an interview. "Puffy never came to see me in prison, not one time. He didn't write me a letter. He didn't say, 'Here's a number for Kim to call,' not one time. The only problem I had with Puffy is that you see this girl [Nicki Minaj] taking shots at me...even on your own record she took a shot at me...and you didn't stop that? If this was me years ago, he would have been doing everything if it was somebody he was working with or had a relationship with and he got money with or whatever; he would be like, 'That can't go out!'"
She made one cheap-looking video, 'released' a mixtape that she made her fans pay for--and that they have yet to receive, almost a month later--and all she seems to talk about these days is how her 'rival' dissed her and how her former buddy Diddy 'betrayed' her.
Anybody bored with Kim's routine yet?

?uestlove On Grammy Win + Bill Murray Popping Up At Basement Parties

?uestlove On Grammy Wins:
The Roots have long been one of hip hop's most beloved acts, but for drummer/producer ?uestlove, winning three awards at this year's Grammys was a surreal moment. The Afro-ed drummer joked that, because his band won for their soul collaborations with John Legend, maybe his Grammys were solely because of Legend.
“I would like to think maybe John Legend’s a favorite amongst the voters, so maybe they just went with that,” ?uest joked to Darren Sands of The Village Voice. “I just wanted to collect the award and get off before they had a recount [laughs]. I was just like yo, let me get this sh*t before they're like, ‘Oh, we're sorry, Chuck Brown and the Soul Searchers!’ That's what I was thinking in my head. Until it’s in my hand, I’m always thinking it’s a fluke. The first year we won there’s no way you’re going to tell me that Dr. Dre and Eminem and Snoop and Puffy and R. Kelly and Janet Jackson and Busta Rhymes were going to lose to us.”
?uestlove also shared a story about comedic actor Bill Murray. Following RZA's recent story that partying with Murray almost got the best of him, ?uest revealed his own experiences with the enigmatic star of Ghostbusters and Groundhog Day.
“Bill Murray has a reputation for just randomly showing up at basement parties in Brooklyn,” ?uestlove explained. “He came to one of my Christmas parties at S.O.B.s, and Bill Murray was like one of the last nine people left. You know, they play that last song and there’s nine people? ‘I'm looking and thinking, ‘Nah, that’s not him.’ But it was him!”
