Emily B. Won't Fight On TV

"Love & Hip Hop" star Emily B. says she isn't interested in adding to the growing number of ladies catfighting on national TV. Despite the hit shows' reputations for featuring female fisticuffs, Emily doesn't want to add to the stereotypes and cliches.
"There are a lot of women who fight on television and I promised myself that I would never do that. My advice to women who are put in bad situations in front of their kids is to shut down! You don't have to participate in the madness," she says. "One thing I teach my daughter is to have patience. I'm always calm and I speak to my kids in a calm tone. I never raise my voice to my daughter. Once you raise your voice, kids stop listening. If I ever need to raise my voice, my kids know I mean business."

Fabolous & Emily B In Trouble Again?

Even though they only recently got back together, it looks like there may be more dark clouds on the horizon for rapper Fabolous and his girlfriend, "Love & Hip Hop" star Emily B. Their relationship has been notoriously rocky but Emily recently said in an interview that the couple was 'dating still.'
But Fabolous posted a picture on Twitter of a shirt he was wearing with the words "Women ruined my life" emblazoned across the front.
"My shirt is talking that real," Fab tweeted.
Fabolous is known for his tongue-in-cheek sense of humor--so is this just a joke? Or is there trouble in paradise?

Emily B. On Adrienne Bailon

Emily Bustamante addresses the ongoing rumors surrounding her ex-boyfriend and baby's father, Fabolous, allegedly having an ongoing secret relationship with R&B singer Adrienne Bailon.
"We've been friends for years. We're all friends," Emily revealed. "I think that when you see Fab and you see Adrienne, they're both celebrities so you automatically assume that they're together, but he's actually friends with her boyfriend. And I won't reveal her business. We were always together, and that's how that misconception started, but she is not dating Fab. I actually feel bad for her at this point because she can't get rid of [the rumor], but we laugh at it. She comes to my house on Christmas."
Bailon, formerly of the girl group 3LW and Disney's Cheetah Girls, dated reality star Rob Kardashian for an extended period.

Emily B. Wouldn't Date Another Rapper?

"Love & Hip Hop" star Emily B. revealed that her love life is currently in limbo and that she's in no rush to get into another serious relationship with a rapper following her time with Fabolous. Emily says she'd prefer a man with 'a normal life' and that she may have her eye on someone already.
"What love life? It's non-existent," she says. "I'm in that weird in between stage where I'm not where I was, but I'm also not ready to date anyone else."
So would she date another rapper?
"Absolutely not," she says flatly. "I would prefer not to date anyone else in the music industry. I'd like to date someone with a normal life, like a school teacher. In fact there's a teacher at my daughters school that I have a little crush on...I'm just kidding. Hmmm, I guess just to take a break. We just wrapped shooting and I have a clothing line coming in the fall of 2012 and I've been doing a lot of styling. So I guess my holiday wish is just have some quiet time with my kids."

Emily B. On Dating Fabolous

Emily B. opened up about her on-again, off-again relationship with rapper Fabolous. The "Love & Hip Hop" star told Emily C that she is focused on handling her business on her own and that has made a difference in both her state of mind and the show.
"Well of course you see me moving out on my own. I have two children and I moved on my own in New York," she says. "You know I moved here to be with Fab so for me to be here and live on my own is just an experience for me. So you get to see that and you know I just focused on me. I realized that I had to put me first and everything else would fall in place. So on this season, I had to go out on my own, I had to be independent. I had to do me. The first step in doing me was moving out on my own which was very, very difficult. "A lot of people are wondering if I still live on my own," she added. "Yes, absolutely, I still have my own place and I still live on my own. Absolutely."

Fabolous On "Love & Hip Hop

Fabolous may theoretically be behind much of the drama on the popular VH1 reality show "Love & Hip Hop" due to his romantic histories with Emily B and Kimbella, who are both featured on the show; but he has no interest in becoming a fixture on the series.
"I don't think so," Fab told radio host Angie Martinez when asked if he would ever appear in "Love & Hip Hop." "I really went to support [girlfriend] Emily and something she was doing and I guess her show [cameras] were there and of course they took that and put a trailer or something together and put me in the trailer. ... It's just not my cup of tea. It's one side of what's going on and I don't bash it but I'm really not in support of it either. I don't think it depicts me as I am. It just depicts a one-sided version of what's really going on. It's a few different things that I don't agree with, with the show. Ownership is one of them, there's no ownership on her side. She's kind of a piece of somebody else's show and I'm not with that. I put too many years in business of me working in this industry for me to be a piece of somebody else's things."

Emily B. Isn't Fighting Kimbella

Emily B of "Love & Hip Hop" says don't expect to be a brawl between her and co-star Kimbella. Despite the now-infamous brawl between Kim and Chrissy in the show's premiere, Emily B says she has no interest in brawling and has no issue with Kimbella.
Kimbella recently admitted to dating Fabolous while Emily was pregnant with the rapper's child.
"She's that kind of girl. Ugh, I don't even want to go into that. I will say this, I have no hard feelings against Kimbella. We don't have no beef. At this point, this far along, she's doing her thing and I understand. It is what it is," Emily said in an interview. "It wasn't the time or the place. She had to go into those meetings and say that to those producers in order for them to get the information. She knew what she was doing. It's whatever. Personally, I would have taken that to the grave. I never would have thought that she would want to say that on national T.V., especially when your man works with him and that is his colleague. But, everybody's different. That was her decision and I guess she felt like she had to get it off of her chest or whatever, but it didn't play off well in the situation."

Fabolous Childs Mother Emily Bustamante On The Fight

Fabolous' baby mama, Emily Bustamante, is speaking out on the notorious catfight that occurred between Kimbella and Chrissy Lampkin on "Love & Hip Hop." Emily says she doesn't condone violence and explains her role in how things went down.
"The fight was crazy, it was out of control and there were definitely punches landed. It was insane. We really didn't know it was going to happen. It was out of nowhere. It was a crazy moment. I don't condone violence and I never wanted Chrissy to fight anybody, but I do understand that there was a lot of emotion in that room," Emily said in an interview. "She took it personal what [Kimbella] was saying, so it kind of turned from a conversation between me and her to her and Chrissy. It was crazy. [Kimbella] was on the floor, her contacts came out of her eyes, she was completely without clothes on the floor."
"She was laying out naked on the floor," she continued. "Her dress went up to her neck. It was so insane and that's just a little bit of it. So, when I seen the scene [with Kimbella] saying, 'I'm still pretty,' I was like, 'Oh my God.'"
