Cymphonique Miller's Show Debuts In Feb

Cymphonique Miller, daughter of hip hop mogul Master P, is debuting her new TV show "How to Rock" on Nickelodeon in February. The show is one of several new series launching on the network.
“I tried everything in my power to stop this girl because this can be a hard, sick business — really easy to get taken advantage of,” Master P told AllHipHop. “I guess you can’t hold raw talent back.”
“We’re hoping for great things from Cymphonique — a big, fat, giant hit,” Margie Cohn, Nickelodeon’s president for original programming added. “That’s what I’ve been working for with this series, so why not say it?”
Cymphonique will also be featured in an eight part video series documenting her journey; and an original pop song “Only You Can Be You” will be featured on the show and is already available on iTunes.

Pill Explains His Maybach Music Deal

Pill Explains His Maybach Music Deal
Atlanta rapper Pill has seen his profile raised since he joined Rick Ross' Maybach Music imprint. The rapper recently released his mixtape "The Diagnosis," and shared what his approach will be going forward now that he's affiliated with a major label.
"Its just basically me doing my same type of music with just a bigger look and a bigger stamp," Pill told AllHipHop. "Being that Ross got me over at Maybach Music, it's an all around good look and he just wants you to do you. Make sure you put out your music and he can give any type of input that he may feel that you may need, and he don't stop me from trying to do the type of music that I want to put out. I just continue to put out the type of music that I want to put out and that got me signed."
Pill also explained the track "Scotty Pippen, Tim Duncan."
"It just was basically trying to come up with some slang, as a reference to the trap like doing numbers or being numbers," he said. "Something besides going ham, because it seems as if everyone been going ham.... really hard, I was like ' well let me come out with something else right now'. So hopefully that will catch on just as much as the other one did too, but this time I will be credited."

Stevie Williams Hires Ludacris' Manager

Stevie Williams Hires Ludacris' Manager
Pro skateboarder Stevie Williams has hired Ludacris' manager, Chaka Zulu, to help take his career to the next level. The Philadelphia native is prepping to release a signature shoe line via Supra Footwear, and Zulu has a proven track record when it comes to branding. Zulu helped guide Ludacris' expansion into various endorsement deals. Williams has numerous deals in the works, including with G-Shock and 9Five Eyewear
"My choice of being in business with Stevie Williams is simple," Chaka Zulu told AllHipHop. "Having been in this game for years and being associated with iconic cultural brands and people, I feel that the people I choose to work with should also be that. Stevie has his culture in a headlock, he breathes his lifestyle everyday in watching his passion when he skates or speaks on taking the skate lifestyle further. It’s contagious. I want to help him setup a great system for the skate culture that will come after him. Watch his moves u will be amazed.”
Williams has landed the deal with Supra and another one with Casio. He's focused on promoting his Dirty Ghetto Kids (DGK) brand.
“I don’t really pump and promote the words 'Dirty Ghetto Kids' but I do promote DGK," Williams explained. "Like the message is not so much about Dirty Ghetto Kids being that I’m now grown and I have kids of my own. I’m not out there promoting a message of staying dirty and ghetto. It’s more of a message encouraging you to 'take adversity head on.' It’s challenging and above all, defy adversity. It’s more of an inspirational company than derogatory.”
