Machine Gun Kelly Is Anti-LeBron

As the NBA Finals prepare to tip-off tonight (June 12th), rapper Machine Gun Kelly has made it clear that he is not rooting for LeBron James and the Miami Heat to win the title. An Ohio native, LeBron famously departed the Cleveland Cavaliers for the Miami Heat in 2010, wounding many fans in Cleveland and around the state--including Shaker Heights native Kelly.
During a recent radio station at Power 107.5, Kelly made sure to let fans know he has no faith in the three-time NBA MVP's ability to win a ring.
"Oh no, he's not taking it," MGK said. "If he doesn't do it this year, then he won't do it again."

Machine Gun Kelly Discusses Influences

Machine Gun Kelly spoke with Nardwuar about his love of the punk rock and hip hop that influenced him earlier in his life. Speaking with interviewer Nardwuar, MGK commented on two albums--Anti-Flag and Ludacris' Word of Mouf album.
“This was probably one of my favorite bands growing up, definitely a huge influence on me in middle school," he said of Anti-Flag. "I fought to get the theme song for our DVD we have coming out. God dude, this is f**king nuts.”
“I was actually on a road trip and me and my friend were in the backseat. His dad was taking us. In my CD player was Limp Bizkit,Chocolate Starfish and the Hotdog Flavored Water. And in his CD player was this record right here," he said of Word of Mouf. "He was like, ‘Dude switch with me.’ And we switched and I listened to this, and I heard ‘Roll Out’ and everything else on here. I was like, man, f**k that sh*t, I’m going to listen to this. This and DMX were what started me up. “

Machine Gun Kelly On Sex

Machine Gun Kelly has a known affinity for bringing women onstage with him for a little touchy-feely. Kelly admits that he's trying to tone down his gropey tendencies at shows, but that he hasn't quite found the right balance yet.
"Nah, I'm still working at it," he says. "There are a lot of conservatives, which I hate. So hopefully that famous hit will break that, I'm trying to get as famous as possible so girls will just get naked without me having to ask them to. We're like the f*cking Motley Crue of hip-hop. Get naked or get the f*ck out of my hotel! (laughs)."
He also revealed that one of his goals as a star is to have a sex tape with a famous female celebrity.
"First off, I wish my first album Lace Up does exactly what I dream it would when it comes out next year. Second I wish that, no matter how successful I get, I'm with the same team that I started out with. Third, I wish that.... (friend in the background yells "wish some ignorant sh*t!")," MGK added, "I wish I could f*ck the most famous female celebrity in the a**hole on camera. Sex tape. I'm a big fan of anal!"

Diddy Announces Newest Bad Boy

Bad Boy CEO Sean "Diddy" Combs has announced his label's newest signee. Rapper Los has become the latest in a wave of young stars to be shepherded by the hip hop impresario, and Diddy acknowledged that he's been building his label's new generation of artists.
"It's time for a whole new generation; it's time for a whole new movement. So we got [Machine Gun Kelly], French Montana, Red Café; we got Cassie," Diddy said in an interview. "We also have a new artist named Los that we signed. It's official. We're trying to put that young, youthful energy out in the air and do it the only way that Bad Boy can do it. ... When you've been doing it for as long as we've been doing it, we the last ones standing from when we were doing it. And that's not taking shots at nobody, that's just a fact."

Machine Gun Kelly On Diddy's Rant:

Diddy went ballistic on Twitter at the news that Bad Boy artist Machine Gun Kelly had been arrested in Florida this weekend. But MGK says that he talked to his boss and everything has been smoothed over.
According to Kelly, Diddy just didn't quite know everything that had happened.
"You can tell he's, like, playful with it, but there's a serious tone behind [it]," Machine Gun Kelly told MTV News. "I talked to Puff today, and he's like, 'It's all good. Do what you do. You did what you had to do.'"
Diddy also thought MGK was involved in a car wreck that did include one of the young rapper's friends. "He thought I was in the car too, so he thought I got arrested twice. It was like the first arrest was cool, like, all right, he'll let it slide. But when he [thought it was two arrests], he was like, 'What the f---? You got arrested two times? Something is wrong with you, man?'"
"He was, like, spazzing out," Kelly added. "I think all the label is on edge about how we rock."

Diddy Spazzes Over MGK Arrest?

As the news that Bad Boy rapper Machine Gun Kelly had been arrested in Florida over the weekend, it appears that a very important man in MGK's life and career was the last to hear about the bust. Bad Boy head Sean "Diddy" Combs went off in a series of panicky tweets directed at his young star that seemed to imply that Diddy had no idea what was going on with Kelly.
"Did anyone hear waht hapopened to @machinegunkelly tonight???!!! Did he get arrested?????!!!!!! Wt," Diddy tweeted. "@machinegunkelly where the f*ck are you at? Are you ok? Do you need Bail or a lawyer?????!! Eveyrone hit him to see if he's ok!"

Machine Gun Kelly On Meeting DMX

Young rapper Machine Gun Kelly shared his experience working in the studio with veteran rapper DMX. X made a strong impression on MGK, who discussed their time together in a recent interview.
"Yeah, DMX is the realest person I've ever met in my life. He's exactly what he says he is," MGK said about meeting DMX. "Yeah, he actually came in when I was on top of a table rapping one of his songs, so it was like an awkwardly good moment. [What does Drake mean to hip-hop?] It's f*king cool. It's tight. You know, I learned from that. I learn from him when he speaks how he does, when he acts how he does towards other artists. It definitely makes me mature as a young artist, it makes me be like, 'Okay, maybe shunning people is not the route.' Not that I do that, per se, but I definitely do have a lot of competitiveness in my blood, where I'll be like, 'Sh*t, muthaf*cker, I want that number one spot.' But when you see Drake who has the number one spot so willingly give it all, it's cool."

Machine Gun Kelly Addresses Yelawolf

Bad Boy rapper Machine Gun Kelly is addressing his supposed feud with Shady Records rhymer Yelawolf. Kelly reportedly had a problem with what he felt were subliminal disses in Wolf's BET Cypher freestyle and made it plain.
But now Kelly says its all a misunderstanding.
“[Do] I have a problem with Yelawolf? No. I don’t think Hip Hop needs that. I think it’s corny when it’s two white guys. Especially when we’re cut from the same type of cloth,” he said. “I think that I’m young and I’m wild and I say some things, things just fly out of my mouth that are taken a different way. The thing with Yelawolf didn’t start with the Cypher thing. It started with me doing an interview - more like multiple interviews. I always get the Yelawolf question, comparisons and stuff like that. You start answering in a different way - it’s hard to explain.”

Machine Gun Kelly's Lady Woes

Machine Gun Kelly's Lady Woes
Rapper Machine Gun Kelly can't seem to figure the ladies out. At least, not while he's in New York City. The Cleveland native claims he can't pull a decent woman in the Big Apple--and he can't figure out why.
"New York women: so hot and I can't get any of them," MGK said in an interview. "None of them like me. Here in this office, that girl right there [gestures to an intern], she's pretty hot and hasn't looked at me once. Not once. No interest in me. If I go over there right now, or when she's on break, she's not going to talk to me. I don't know what the f*ck it is. Honestly, I look in the mirror and I'm not the greatest looking kid. But I feel like I can pull an 8. Maybe a 7. I don't approach a 9 in New York. I feel like 7 is do-able. But the 8s hate."
New York women like confidence--so maybe that's part of your problem, kid.
