Fat Joe Sad About Mobb Deep

Rapper Fat Joe shared his hurt feelings regarding the pseudo-beef that may or may not be tearing Mobb Deep apart. Though both Prodigy and Havoc have denied that there is a rift, hip hop is still buzzing after Havoc's Twitter account posted disparaging comments about Prodigy.
And Fat Joe, apparently, is taking it pretty hard.
"I know nothing about it. But what I'm saying to you is it's like a 9/11 in hip-hop, because when you refer to Mobb Deep, you refer to them as brothers, you refer to them as the purest form of hip-hop. Every time you try to do something that's so authentic in hip-hop, you always refer to 'Shook Ones' and Mobb Deep," Joe explained in an interview. "Overall, it's a super duper sad day in hip-hop. This group has been together for 20 years. I don't know the details, I'm not taking sides. What I can say is that it's sad for hip-hop, the whole hip-hop culture."

Mobb Deep's Q-Tip Story

Havoc and Prodigy of Mobb Deep want fans to know the potential dangers of Twitter. While speaking with FUSE, the two members of Mobb Deep revealed just how hectic things can get when you're not paying close attention on the popular social networking site.
Just ask Q-Tip.
"You have to think before you tweet," P said in an interview. "H*ll yeah," Hav added. "You definitely -- if you mean to DM [direct message], make sure you're not tweeting. [laughs] 'Cause you be like, sending some ill provocative message and you think you're DM'ing and you look and you're like, 'Holy sh*t!' [laughs] Q-Tip, he meant to DM me one day and he actually tweeted me but he tweeted his number and -- I had to look at it like, 20 seconds later, 'Yo son, you tweeted your number out.' He was like, 'F*ck! I gotta change my number.' .
