Singer/songwriter D’Angelo is slowly re-emerging onto the music scene. The acclaimed soul star has largely been silent for the better part of a decade, but after a few quiet collaborations it looks like he is sincerely looking to make a Maxwell-esque comeback.
D'Angelo has announced that he will launch a tour of Europe in early 2012. The trek will kick off at Paris, France’s Le Zénith on January 29th, followed by a performance at Amsterdam’s Paradiso and appearance at London, England’s O2 Academy Brixton on February 3rd.
The Roots' ?uestlove has already informed fans that D'Angelo's next album is near completion.
