With some fans and commentators outraged, singers Chris Brown and his ex-girlfriend Rihanna have released their joint remix to her single "Birthday Cake," to the Web. Also, the two have joined forces on the remix to Brown's own "Turn Up the Music."

Despite the noticeably loud criticism levied at both parties, the two former lovebirds are determined to reconcile theirway.

Brown tweeted a link to his remix, with Rihanna retweeting it later. She then tweeted the "Birthday Cake" remix.
