Jay-Z Is Confident In Rita Ora

Rita Ora's star continues to rise. The sexy starlet is one of the most promising up-and-comers in music, and her Roc Nation family is fully behind her push for superstardom. Roc Nation head Jay-Z revealed his enthusiasm for Ora, and why he wanted to have the British singer under his umbrella.

"She's one of the people that, if you were in the position, you say, 'I'm gonna help her get her dream out and then we'll see what happens,' " Jay-Z told MTV News. "I think her energy is infectious, because out the gate, two #1s in London and she'll just continue to grow from there."

Ora has already become one of the year's most talked-about newcomers since joining Roc Nation last year.
