Lil Wayne Accused of Assault

Rapper Lil Wayne is being investigated for an assault. It is the second time the hip hop superstar has faced such allegations in a month. Wayne was reportedly skateboarding when a man named Alfredo Marino asked to take a photograph. Wayne refused, but Marino tried to take a picture against Wayne's wishes.

Reportedly Wayne said, "Don’t you know all it takes is a word and these motherf**kers are going to f**k you up?"

Marino says he was then hit from behind with a skateboard.

"My client will enforce all of his rights under the law and all individuals responsible for this outrageous incident will be blamed for the damages that my client has suffered and continues to suffer," said his lawyer, Craig Chisvin.
