Gwyneth Paltrow slide down hip hop's slipperiest of slopes when she tweeted the N-word while watching Jay-Z and Kanye West perform on their "Watch the Throne" tour in Paris. The Oscar-winning actress referenced the duo's smash single "N*ggas In Paris," but some fans didn't appreciate her use of the term.
"N*ggas in Paris for real @mrteriusnash," Paltrow tweeted.
Of course, many of her Twitter followers took exception to her word choice. "Hold up," she responded. "It's the title of the song!"
Paltrow didn't acknowledge the backlash any further.
