Lil Wayne Holds 11 Spots On Chart

Rapper Lil Wayne has made a little bit of Billboard Hot 100 history. The Cash Money superstar has landed eleven songs on the Hot 100 chart; tying David Cook and Taylor Swift for the most songs on the chart simultaneously by a solo artist.
The Beatles are the only act to have more. They had fourteen songs on the Billboard Hot 100 at the same time on April 11, 1964.
Despite a decidedly mixed reception from critics and fans, Tha Carter IV continues to soar commercially. The album is expected to hit the platinum sales mark sometime next week.
