Former hip hop star Mason "Ma$e" Betha is reportedly in an ongoing legal battle over an unpaid jewelry tab. Atlanta jeweler Aydin and Company has sued the former Bad Boy rapper for $35,000 and claims he owes the company money going back as far as 2005. Ma$e is being sued for the unpaid bill, attorneys fees, and 1.5% interest per month on the money owed. Ma$e has effectively avoided being served with papers at his Georgia home, and a process server has filed an affidavit in the case. |
