R&B singer Chris Brown will be celebrating the New Year at Love Nightclub, which recently underwent a change in management. This will be the first major performer that Love is bringing to D.C. since it switched ownership from Marc Barnes, who also owns The Park at Fourteenth, to Dean Smothers.
The nightclub paid the R&B singer anywhere between $50,000-$65,000 to perform. His ex-girlfriend, Rihanna, is getting paid $250,000 to perform at Pure in Las Vegas. Trey Songz, who will be partying at Lux in Miami, will get $75K while Jay-Z and Beyonce will both get $1 million dollars to host a New Years Eve party at the Cosmopolitan Hotel.

Chris Breezy is officially back in the game now…
In other Chris Brown news he posted these snapshots of his father, Clinton Brown. Breezy spent some quality time with his dad over the holiday break. “This my pops. SWAGG!!!” he tweeted. Like father like son.
