Soulja Boy Returns To Blonde Look?
For some strange reason, Soulja Boy has returned to his ill-advised blonde look. A week after he was arrested for drug possession in Georgia, the 21-year-old posted a Twitter photo of himself with his blonde 'do. He first dabbled in a dye job back at the start of 2011, but dumped it after a short while.
He didn't give any explanation for returning to the Sisqo look.
His documentary Soulja Boy: The Movie just hit stores last week. It looks like he's willing to do a little of everything to keep his name out there.

Pharrell Announces Women's Line

Producer/rapper/songwriter Pharrell has found success with his Billionaire Boys Club fashion line over the last several years, and he has announced that he will be branching out with a women's line. The N.E.R.D. frontman says that he plans to launch Billionaire Girls Club sometime before spring of 2013.
He is also currently at work with Ivy League’s former creative director Mark McNairy on a line of shoes to be released at the end of February 2012.
Proof positive that he's still one of the hardest-working and most versatile men in hip hop, Pharrell is also working on a book, Places & Spaces I've Been, with Ambra Medda, co-founder and director of Design Miami and Design Miami/Basel.
J. Cole Already Recording 2nd Album

J. Cole may have only released his debut album Cole World: The Sideline Story, but the North Carolina rapper is already hard at work on his follow-up project. Cole revealed in an interview with Rise N Grind that he’s already begun work on the project and that it will also include some songs that were left off of his debut.
“I don’t know how many, but I got songs that didn’t make the last album that are automatically going to make this one,” he said, revealing the release date. “June. End of June, maybe June.”
He also confirms that the next single off of his current album will be “Nobody’s Perfect” featuring Missy Elliott.
Mary J. Blige's Hip Hop-Heavy "My Life 2"

As anticipation continues to build for Mary J. Blige's upcoming album My Life 2: The Journey Continues, the diva continues to release details for the project to her eagerly-awaiting fans. Today (October 24) a track listing was revealed for the project, which is due in stores November 3rd.
The full title of the album is My Life II: The Journey Continues (Act I), and Blige--always known for her merging of hip hop and R&B leans heavily on rappers on many of the album's tracks.
Busta Rhymes, Diddy, Nas, Drake and Rick Ross all appear on various tracks throughout the album. As does Blige's fellow diva, megastar Beyonce.
Yelawolf On Possible B.o.B. Joint Mixtape:

Alabama rapper Yelawolf says that he could possibly be recording mixtape projects with fellow southern emcees B.o.B. and Big K.R.I.T. in the near future. He says that his schedule has made it difficult to get things worked out officially, but he wants to work with both rappers.
“Ah man, I would love to do some records with Bob, but dude is super busy," he says. "Now, I’m getting busier and busier so it’s just hard to make things like that happen. When me and K.R.I.T. were coming up with the concept to do a mixtape, we weren’t even on tour. We kind of let time just slip by and we just both got stupid busy. We’re still trying to make that happen. I think it’s going to happen. When, I don’t know, but him and I work really quick. K.R.I.T. makes crazy beats. He’s so super inspiring to be around. Once we lock down and work on it, it’ll get done pretty quick. For all the people waiting for it, it’ll be worth the wait. I’ll say that.”
“If we make something that feels like an album, then that’s something we’ll consider, to put it out on the shelves," he added. "But for now, in my mind, who knows? At first it was supposed to be for free. We might stick with that, or if we put together a project we feel is worth buying, we’ll put it on the shelves. Either way, it’s going to be banging.”
